Hmmmmm Daily routine:

Hear alarm... hit snooze..
Look over at wife see if there's a chance of a morning quicky
turn off alarm..
Look over at wife see if there's a chance of a morning quicky
Go take shower.
Look back at wife see if there's a chance of a morning quicky
Get Dressed..
Let Damn Dogs out
Check to see if there's still a chance for a quicky
Turn on Computer
Check out LvC - CV - eBay - Steve Saunder's Goldwing Page (SSGP)
Make sure Wife is up even if I didn't get a quicky
Walk to work (only 3 block away saves on gas)
Turn on Computer
Make Pot of Coffee
Log into LvC and CV and SSGP (post whore a bit)
Then Spend time with 12 yr old kids for a few hours..
Teach lesson
Post Whore
Teach lesson
Post Whore
Go home for lunch
See if Wife is home for a Nooner
Do playground duty
Teach lesson
Post Whore
Teach lesson
Post Whore
Do Bus Duty
Do Weight Room Duty
Walk Home
Cook
See how wife is doing
Watch some TV and Post Whore
Go Spend time with wife in bed..

Oops I forgot to look this is the fitness forum... Oops sorry...

I monitor our High Schools weight room.. that means for 30 min I get paid to work out...

All of these are too short, for a routine to be successful it really needs to be very structured and detailed... Then you max yourself out, do what makes you happy then make a routine out of it. A long one.
