Mon - Chest
Tues - Back
Wednesday - Triceps
Thursday - Biceps
Friday - Shoulders and Legs
Saturday day off and then start cycle all over again on Sunday

I split up my muscle groups seperate each day so I can really isolate the muscle, I also do ab work outs about 3 times a week and some cardio about 3 times a week.

Do you have a separate day for legs or what?

In my opinion you shouldn't do triceps the day before you do chest cause you need some strength in your triceps to do most chest excercises.

This is pretty close to the routine I have right now. My problem with it is that I get a feeling that I don’t work out my arms well enough.

I kind of run out of steam after working out my biceps and I *think* that my triceps don’t get worked out as much as they should. This is pretty much the reason I want to split up my arms day in two different days.

Mon- Deltoid, Triceps, abs
Tues- Back, Traps,
Wed- Legs, Forearms,abs
Thurs- Chest, Biceps
Friday- off
Saturday- full body circuit,abs
Sunday - off
Daily- jog

This for me works under the priority principal rules which means whatever body part is weakest i work first.

I've been really really lazy on working out lately But my routine went something like this :

Mon-Tues : Cardio
( Deltoid, Triceps, abs, Back, Traps, Legs, Forearms and whatever else I had the energy for)

Weds : Off

Thurs : Running

Fri-Sat: Yoga

Sun: Off

why have different days for tris and bis?

i bet you are overtraining. (unless you are in the gym for 15min?)

I think it might be psychological more then physical. I think if you are truly isolating your biceps and tricpes it should not matter if you just worked out biceps and are now working out triceps. Your triceps should be fresh and ready to go. I used to also split up the arm muscles but have been doing them together for last month. So far it has been working well for me. Another thing you can try is switch the order of your routine around...do tricpes before biceps one week, then the next week do the biceps before the triceps. That way you will atleast work them both out hard every other week.

last few weeks, i've taken off due to these horrific allergies i have
