umm i did it by cutting out the bottom and its a frozen cyl. of cream. i did it before. umm it fucking badass though. umm i did it with 5 cans to an asshole that stole shit off my car. it blew out his windows with 5 cans. shits crazy

i was gonna say the same, just put a call in to the police that there is a car parked the wrong way on a street and that it is blocking you in.
if that doesnt work, then i would say to for sure go ahead w/shaving cream idea
