Here are a few pictures from Hurley, WI over the weekend. the last 2 are of Lake Superior. it was fucking cold on saturday night, -40 F (-40 C, lol) wind chill... fuck that...

The lake/ice made the coolest fucking sound. It wasn't completely frozen, so the ice was moving. It was like cracking and gunshots and water swhooshing. And it was so silent everywhere else, almost like surreal.

lol.. i just got an email from chicago velocity saying i havnt been on in a while, and I should stop by and say whats up..

well, i really dont know what to say, i figure i would just post something here.

This photo is uploaded for a quick proof for a client of my last photoshoot a few days ago. Im not sure how long ill keep it up, but what ever... i hope its not "NSFW"

Thanks, Its a pretty simple shot. 14"X58" strip box camera right about 24" from model. 5X7 fold out backdrop(black) on stand about 5' behind model.
The trick is finding a good angle for the models pose, and a good angle for the light to the model. This shot only took a few min..
