headlight installation

last week i received my custom euro headlights for my nissan 200sx ('96). so i took it to street quest in waukegan to get 'em installed for $75....and they ran into two problems. 1) a bolt/screw was stuck in a metal piece, the only way to get it out is to rip out everything. 2) there are two tabs on the custom headlights....at which the current headlights do not have. it IS possible to do this, but it'll take 2-4 hours. If anyone knows anything, my email is whtsox13@comcast.net.

Shave off the tabs, and if you got to move things to get other things out then so be it, no one said customizing was easy.

umm go to nissanforums.com or sr20forum.com

why pay $75 when its so easy. The tabs on the headlights need to be cut off or you can cut off the tabs holding the grille your call.

also need to cut the wiring harness cause they use h3 bulbs.

I'm assuming you bought the halo angel eye ones right.
