nice day for a bike ride....

until about 30 minutes ago when the temp started dropping again....holy shit it is cold out now...just got back tooling around and hitting some good sppeds and clearing out the gas...bike can survive the rest of winter now...

damn it...have to go take off battery terminals...forgot about doing that...

weather is not too bad till your hitting about 100 and then the cold starts to creep in....glad i got home now cause it was really starting to change quickly temo wise...or at least on the bike it did...but it was worth the fun ride...

well u missed out man...too cold to go now...sun is down...way too cold to even begain to deal with it now...its not worth it...but i had fun...lol

the funny part is i had people just STARING at me....i had my helmet on...so its not my face they were looking at...

just got home. holy shit that was awesome. i bit the bullet and pulled her out around 8pm . took it out for a bit and then went out to my parents house for some dinner. i couldnt go straight home, of course. i took the looong way home and had it not been as slick out, i would have done more. not too cold actually, had me leathers on and helmet of course so it wasnt too bad.

i had no idea how much i missed that thing. i was trying to run the gas out of it from storage, so i was hammering the throttle the whole time. cant wait for another month or so when it stays like this.

it stayed nice and warm down there. its only seen rain a handfull of times and i did really feel like draining everything out and putting it back in once spring comes. plus - where else am i supposed to put it?

Here's what I do. If it's 45* or warmer and the the weather is decent (ie. no snow or rain, ect) then i'll take out th bike. It's not a problem for me.

thats why i had the bike out when it was still warm out....still have yet to go take off hte battery terminal connections yet....will be doing that in next couple of hours...have to go to the store anyways to get food and other stuff...so makes me go out and do things...
