PLEASE READ ::: FORUM RULES !

It's time for a refresher on how this message board operates. We're starting our 4th year at the end of this month, so I figure we get a step ahead with starting it off right. Things have been pretty laxed when it comes to 'moderation' on the board, and alot of the bad things seem to just slide on by. In order to grow and make CV even better, we have to ensure that everyone gets the most out of it. So there are a few new things to add to the list.

There are a list of things that are expected below. Some are obvious, others might make you think twice before you post. There will be no favoritism by admins/mods, everyone will be treated the same. So when things get bad, you will know it, especially if you're the one causing the problem.

We are not going to be asking anyone mulitple times to stop doing something. If you're asked once, then after that, you could be suspended, or eventually banned. The last thing we want to do is suspend or ban anyone. That's why we want you guys to really understand what is said in this thread. I guarantee this site will be a better place everytime you come back to it; if everyone does this.

If you have any questions about this, please ask me.

Remember this only really effects the people that cause problems. Most of you guys are awesome and make this site great. There are the small group of those that aim to piss people off, which is pretty gay anyways.

- Do not argue with moderators. They're not here to order you around, everyone is fair and unbiased. Everyone deserves the same respect.

- Respect new members/all members of the site. If they are tools, let the moderators deal with them. Usually when someone is new, they don't have a feel for the flow of things. Veteran members of the site should be setting a good example for everyone else, instead of being assholes. Go to another site if you want to hassle people, don't do it here.

- Excessive slandering of other members of the board comes to an end NOW. Sure there will be arguements and heated discussions, but when it comes to name calling or has potential of causing violent behavior; it will be squashed. There will be no tolerance for anyone that threatens other members, you won't last very long on here.

- Trolling. You know who you are. The people that come on here just to start trouble or be a pain in the neck. Don't waste your time coming on here doing it, because you will be squashed too.

- Spamming posts. If you come on here, you probably get something good out of it, so make it more enjoyable for everyone else by NOT posting garbage post after post. Because making 10 posts in row with just smiley faces doesn't make very good discussion. This site isn't about getting the highest postcount; there's no prize for the highest.

- Obviously there is no NWS (Not Work Safe) content to be posted in the public forums, that's why there is a private section for it. If you can't see it, PM me.

- Any type of derogatory comments or any type of racial comments need to be kept to yourselves, that sort of thing is not welcome here.
