I don't know much about it, but try taking it gradually to see how your body reacts. Bulking up isn't worth ruining your body's metabolism or breaking down your immune system. So take care and good luck! | Supplements are not approved by the FDA. In my oppinion xfactor is fairly safe to use (on a 50 day cycle) since its just a fatty acid (i hope lol). |

| Let me know how it works, my brother just got off of a cycle of Methyl-1-P. Gained about 20 lbs in a month, and his bench went up forty pounds, they just made the shit illegal about a week ago though.

| I'm starting to feel the xfactor (most of the people feel it at the end of week 2, but it seems to start earlier for me). I'm getting sore as fuck after the workout and my strenght is up quiete a bit. No negative effects so far (well skin is a little oily, but that's it). I also think it may be affecting my sleep, although i'm not sure yet. |

| well same sides so far. strenght is up a lot and i gained around 2-3lbs. lost some fat too (abs are more visible). pretty happy  |

| i had to finish the cycle a little early so i didn't get all of the gains i should've, but overall i'm VERY happy with this supplement. I gained ~25lb on my bench and put on ~5-6lb of muscle. Time to cut lol |
