| Where to buy digital camera online? Well i went and played with the cameras, I tested all the ones that i was recomended. after learning that the dSLR have no live video on the LCD that was a turn off so even though the D50 was on sale, gonna have to pass on that.
Tried the Canon S2is and the screen is extremely tiny, and for some reason i had a hard time getting it to focus very well.
Next tried the Sony H1, that thing was horrible. I held the camera the best i could but still couldnt get good pictures.
Tried the Canon SD550, nice little camera, but way too small, and i was afraid i was gonna drop it, and my big hands were all over the lcd screen.
So the winner still looks like the original Panasonic FZ30 that i looked at. I brought my own memory cards so i could take pics with each camera. stood at same spot and took pics all through the ISO ranges and zoom. The Panasonic did the best with the most sharp and good looking pictures, but it does look pretty bad at higher ISO's. the sony h1 sucked ass almost every single picture i took was useless and looked like crap, not to mention the LCD resolution sucked compared to the other cameras, and it took forever between pictures.
So I decided to go with the Panasonic, now i just need to find a place to buy online.
The cheapest i found was 450 shipped from this site http://www.bestpricecameras.com/3207...DMC-FZ30s.html
But that site has no reviews, or ratings so i dont really trust them, but they seem to have the best prices online.
The next cheapest i found is from a online store that has very good online ratings and reviews. The store is Abe of Maine, http://www.abesofmaine.com/viewprodu...?id=psdmcfz30k
It seems like all the stores that have this camera cheap are located in NY, i wonder why that is... |

| yea i saw the wisetronics one, i looked them up on resellerratings.com or something like that, and they got a pretty crappy review, only thing they got going for them was the price. im kinda worried, but would be nice to save like 50 bucks for some extra stuff for the new camera. |

Oh by the way, if you are doing web development with these pictures, 3.2mb will be plenty, not all have high speed and not may peopel will want to wait for your pcis to load. |

| try ecost.com.... You might be able to find some good deals through that site. And there was another site that I used to frequent with great deals on many things, but I can't remember the name of it at the moment. |

| Not good ratings at bestpricecameras.com and wisetronics.com, I would stay far away!
Abesofmaine.com is a good place, safe to buy it from there.
The cheapest I found is at butterflyphoto.com for 484.00, which I have bought many things before. http://www2.butterflyphoto.com/shop/...&sku=DMCFZ30K#

| beachcamera.com and buydig.com is the same store both for 514.00.
Importcrew - that is the wrong camera.
I might be wrong, but I think I found you the cheapest price from a vender that has good ratings.

yea that butterfly place and abes are the cheapest most reliable stores, I think the price at the butterfly one just went down a couple bucks, Abes had the camera at like 492, but when i went to the site and looked at the black one it was a couple bucks cheaper.
So looks like ill order from the Butterfly place or Abes.
My friend sent me to this site http://ebestsearch.us/index.php?id=15615
lists the camera at 366 but it doesnt even work haha.
Now time to wait for the stupid panasonic promotion to start again, which i hope is in 2 weeks. (Giving away free mem card with a purchase.) |

When i went to wolf on Sat, their current ad had the D50 for 599. but no printer.
And CompUSA had the D50 with free after rebate Epson Printer for $599 too.
What i didnt like is that dSLR have no live video on the screen. |

| BTW did you buy their protection plan? The guy said it would be like 80 bucks if I bought the camera from there. 80/yr gives that warrenty where if they cant fix it, theyll replace the camera, and a free yearly cleaning.
I dont think the cleaning is worth it for the panasonic since the lens dont come off, so no chance of dust going inside of the camera unlike dSLR's |
