Simple question that the lawyer will ask the judge/jury/doctors. And it's probably pretty clear the he wouldn't have.

autopsy showed no damage from teh chokehold
also, if you dont want to be put in a chokehold dont resist arrest! he was obviosuly a ticking time bomb that was gunna go off next time the elevator was out of service |

| I return an innocent verdict from what that news report said.
And there are certain chokholds (probably not with a batton) that are used as submission holds jsut like arm bars for criminals who are resisting. However this doesn't sound like police misuse of force it sounds like a family that is upset over their loss (and rightfully so no one likes to loose a loved one) trying to place blame somewhere esle |

| ok...now wait...is this the same thing that was reported on the tv couple of days ago?...the guy was actually having a heart attack and the family called 911...but instead of the ambulance showing up....12 squad cars showed up and then they beat him?.....instead of helping him...i thought it was out of gary indiana...but not sure right now....regardless...that story above is fawked up....
