That kid's probably a jerk. I mean, if this guy has warned you and yelled at you a bunch of times not to do stuff, and you're an idiot who keeps doing that... you should anticipate consequences. Now... a gun is a little harsh. I mean, I would have used a golf club or a bat or something.

If the old man's judgement is such that he felt that was an OK thing to do, he should be locked up for the rest of his life, because he is *STILL* obviously a danger to society.

I agree completely. He had very poor judgement. And even if I used a bat/golf club, I wouldn't actually use it, I'd just wave it and chase after them. He does deserve to be locked up or something.

That's messed up.

I can't stand one specific kid in my block. Oh, I hate him with a passion. I take my time to work on the lawn, and when i look at, this kid is tearing it up. He also kicks the little gravel between my neighbors house and ours, but he doesn't put them back in place; I and my neighbor always have to do it. He is scared as hell of my dog, but he knows my dog doesn't jump the fence, so he teases my dog all the time. Sometimes I feel like faking that my dog got loose (but its leashed), and is running towards him.
