The Ketchup is in the fridge.
What I find disturbing is that when you go to a restaurant and the bottles say do not refill... you know they have been refilled like a 100x because the bottle is so beatup.

| This was on Mancow a short while back. Yes, I refrigerate my ketchup. But Icould care les whether it's cold or not.

| i put my ketchup in the fridge same as peanut butter, but i usually toss that in the microwave before making a PB&J sandwhich otherwise i cant spread the PB. |

| A1 and Ketchup acidity is well enough out of the 'growth range' for about a month shelf life w/out refrigeration. If you're keeping it longer, you're best off in the fridge... OR... but smaller bottles OR... buy bulk, store bulk in the fridge, use smaller bottles for room temp and rinse them out each time  |
