    Dual monitor Q's

If anyone else is running a dual monitor setup, i have a few questions:

-is it possible to have two seperate desktop backgrounds using XP?

-i like the extended desktop option for the extra window space, and the stretch desktop option for themenu bar on the bottom of both screens. but is there a happy medium? under stretch mode, every opened window is set across boh screens making it look really funky - i just want the taskbar at the bottom of both, but with two seperate desktops.

-is there any kind of utility made to enhance dual monitor setups. like what windowblinds does for regular windows
