| question ok iv been working out for a few months and have seen some good gains. cut down a ton of body fat and gained PLENTY of strength but my weak part is still my chest. i just have a bench and free weights and dont go to a gym so i cant really work that area like i want. i have seen gains but they are mostly on the outside. like its pretty bulgy up top and toward my shoulders but on the inside of each one it looks stupid because their is like barely any muslce. my bench is cheap and doesnt have an incline or decline so basically just wondering if theirs anything i can do to work the inside of my chest with the free weights i have? |

| I highly suggest picking up this book. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/067...lance&n=283155
When I was in high school I found it on a shelf in my basement and started going through it one summer. I took every bit of information from those pages and applied them... it worked for Arnold, it will work for you as long as you put in the time and effort.

| Since you jsut startin out on the chest area, I'd suggest to do push ups. Vary the angles, wide arm to regular to diamond push ups. This will get you started. You have to do them properly of course. |

| if you want to gain muscle you need to do a lot of reps 12-15 each set if you want to get stronger you need to do negatives (works for me) and you need to make sure that your heart rate is up so make sure your rest time is 30sec max |

Before you spend money on supplements you should look at your diet. What's it like? IMO in gaining muscle its 30% Weight Lifting 60% diet and 10% supplements. Without having a good diet you will be loosing money and getting shit for results. |

well i am pretty "skinny" at 5'11 156 pounds... lol but i want to just pack on some muscle.. but not have the overweight look.. i understand that i have to bulk up but its hard controlling the diet because i would just stuff my face with fatting food.... i am trying to take minimal fat as possible.. and lifting "big" but i dunno if creatine is the right thing for me.. whey seems like a good source me to build upon |

You do have to learn how to control what you eat and how you eat it. Eating minimal fat is actually not a good idea. You should have a balanced diet. I'll try to find you a good diet to follow.
Whey, Creatine and Multivitamins are basic supplements most of the people take. |
