| I watched 3 forecasts. Two say cloudy with a chance of rain towards evening, and the other says rain. Wait till tomorrow and all three will change.

it's always changing that's why, meteorologists predict what will happen in upcomming days if the wind and clouds continue to go where they're going right now, then , something weird happens that changes it all, like some el nino/a thingy
