i'm almost done with my first cycle of x-factor and its worked great. thanks for recommending it.

i'm cutting to before i go down to my lakehouse, though i cheated and just got a bottle of hydroxy cut, i also stepped up my cardio a bit.

new hyrdoxycut is crap. Synergy EC has the right ratio of ephedrine and cafeene and its fairly cheap. get it from the bulknutrition.com

i'll see how this bottle works out, if it doenst do as well as i have heard/expect then maybe i'll give this a shot.

"hardcore", shit is too expensive i'm using something else next time i cut.

it worked alright though i'm about through the bottle already i just jumped right into the 6 pills a day. i cut down to 171 as of this morning from 185ish but like i said above i also stepped up my cardio BIG TIME, plus starting kick boxing/boxing classes really helped out alot.
