| KOU in3, Kou Motorsports, Travis Jeffrey FYI Since I have found you unreachable, I am putting this up on all the sites you frequent. This is a copy of the letter sent to you, two months past, to your shop address.
04/12/2006
Travis Jeffrey.
You have had the Silver Toyota Supra Targa Turbo for over a year
For reference, the agreement was: After you repaired the car, you would be considered co-owner.
I purchased the silver Supra Targa Turbo from a gentleman in Peoria Il. I transported the car to my residence. The Supra had a blown head gasket. Per our conversation, You agreed to repair the vehicle, stating that the head would be sent off to a machine shop within 2 weeks after getting the car back to your shop. Once the vehicle was repaired, I agreed to recognize you as a co-owner of the Silver Toyota Supra Targa Turbo, based on your time and money in the repairs. You have had the car at your shop since before 4-7-2005.
I have contacted you several times over the last year, requesting updates on how the Supra was progressing. You stated that James Moushon, of Pekin Illinois would be completing the repairs to the vehicle.
Months past by, without any status updates of the car. I again contacted you, via text message on my phone, inquiring about the progress. You stated that the head was completed and sitting at the machine shop.
I was enthusiastic about the progress.
More time passed, I inquired again. You stated that the car wasn’t completed yet. I asked why? You stated that you had been too busy with other projects. I stated that you were not keeping your end of the bargain. Your reply was, “things are busy at the shop, too many customer projects to deal with side ventures.” I encouraged you to find the time, that I was not comfortable with the car not being done in a reasonable amount of time. This was several months after you received the car. You then offered to sell me back the car, for what you had invested in it. I stated, “That was not part of the agreement, you need to make good on your word. I expect you to put it back together.”
More time passed.
I heard a rumor that the car was being parted out. I contacted you. You stated that someone was pulling my leg. That the Toyota Supra Turbo Targa was still at your shop. I inquired when it would be done. You stated that you had new employee that had expressed interest in putting the car back together.
More time passed. I asked, via cell phone text message, whether I should come out and pick up the Toyota Supra Turbo Targa, or not. Your reply: Why would I want that, I co-own that car.
It is now my understanding that the car has been left outside. The engine has not been properly protected against the elements.Independent investigation has yielded, photographic evidence depicting that the initial reports are correct, in addition to that, there is now mice fecal matter, and nests throughout the car. The engine block is rusted on the cylinder walls. Due to your blatant disregard for safeguarding my investment, the motor will now require extensive repairs, aside from the original headgasket problem. Not limited to, but including a complete tear down, cylinder bore honing, reassembly, cleaning the interior and engine compartment of the current rodent infestation.
I would encourage you to contact me regarding this as soon as possible.
This will be sent via pm as well, but again I find that you lack any effort to respond. |

| Like a locust, this fella moves from group to group, seeking peace and serinity and earning trust. Once enough folks buy into him being a standup guy, then boom.. HE strikes, taking with him as many assets as he can "legally claim". (keep in mind, he opperates off of the 9/10's possession clause).
Thought Id pass this along, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=398318
So, since Ive known this guy he as gone from Manager of a restaurant, to owner of KOU Motorsports, fell off the map after wrecking one of my cars, stealing another, stealing a tig welder from wort, a bunch of tools and equiptment from marty, and stealing a lift from Xian1g?
Now he sells knives...
Thought Id share.

| If you( original owner) put him on as a co-owner/leinholder then kiss the supra goodbye...as a mechanic( as he claims) he can lawfully take possession of the vehicle and do as he pleases with it.
If that is not the case, get a truck and go repo that thing yourself or hire a repoguy to do it, I do know a very good repo-man with his own truck who does sidejobs and will shoot back if shot at.
Its more then capable of a 60 second snatch and grab. |
