Lightbulb Working out question?

Just curious to know if anyone else gets like this and why?
When I work out, I usually do cardiovascular than weight training. I work out for about and hour and a half, to two hours. When I'm done I usually get extremely light headed to the point where I almost pass out.. or I get sick and want to vom. But.. it doesn't hit me until after my work out.
I drink a lot of water, and I eat a very small meal before I work out.
I know I push myself hard, but so do other people, and they don't feel like this.

I would put this in fitness, but I kinda want an answer now.

Yeah, don't just take in water, take in nutrients as well. I don't know the particulars but I know that when the body is dehydrated, it is lacking more than just water...

Yeah, that's what I said except for the big words like 'propel' and 'try'...

I use to only if I worked way too hard. I would have to sit down, and relax for a good 15-30 minutes and drink lots of water or gatorade. I never understood what caused to happen, so I started eating something better/richer about 1hr before working out, and I would take more breaks during my work out.

When I used to run cross country after the races, or when I used to work out and run on my own, I would get a runner's high. I feel light headed, and you can't feel your legs, you kind of feel like you are walking on the clouds, but you feel really calm. I never feel like vomiting ever after I run or work hard. My face just gets really red.

avoid caffene, aka coffee and red bull, it dehydrates you and strains your heart

pretty normal for beginner. thtas why you start with lower weights, get your form right, and breathe right.

once you got use to the routine...increase the weight.
