Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: coal city/oaklawn Posts: 3,744	Kre-Alkalyn i get this stuff from vitamin shoppe for $20 a bottle. i'm about done with my first bottle and i have to say that this stuff atleast for me, is the best money i have ever spent on supplements. i stack it with NO Xplode and i have actually seen some pretty nice gains then when i was just on NO. my bench went up 20lbs since i started this shit i'm not kidding. but maybe this is normal response to creatine for someone who has never used it. but for $20 a botle you cant beat that IMO.
