Decreasing caloric intake, but little exercise.

I don't usually work out during the summer, except for a jog here or there and dog walks. During the school year I use the school's gym after hours and do my cardio and weights there.

So, I've been cutting down on the calories, sort of Weight Watchers style but not quite.


Without following the "points" program, is there any chart, guideline or anything where I can find out how many calories I should take per my height and body weight in to lose some poundage? (Yeah, I know, expend more than you take in, but I'm not expending tons.)

i want to start loosing weight, and go on a diet, but i just dont want to start yet, i know in august when i go on my 2 road trips imma be eating everything in sight

No shit! When I went to FL, the people I was with were ALWAYS hungry, so just being a person who loves food and wants to try new thigs, I ate all the time, too. I had never eaten so much, and I felt like a huge fatass.

But now there are hardly any groceries in the house, so it makes it a lil easier.
