Natural Gas conversion

I just picked up a 150,000 BTU propane torpedo heater (for those cold chicago days) to heat my garage. I will be getting a natural gas line installed in my garage and i want to run the torpedo heater on naturag gas instead of propane. Does anyone know how to do the conversion? I asked one of my teacher in high school and he told me that all i need to do is change the orifice on the propane heater. Does anyone know any more about it?

You change out the end that controlls the ratio of air/gas.

Google for propane/natural gas grill conversions, and you'll find your answers

The principle is just changing the fuel/air ratio and the pressure.

So, you'll probably lose the regulator (since that's now done at the meter of the house) and drill the jets out to about 5/64th of an inch.

This is the same concept as converting a grill.
