^well thats hard to just narrow it down to just "one". well besides a healthy diet with lots of fish/red meat/chicken/egg whites, i would say protein shakes (2-3 a day) and making sure you are getting your amino acids. Besides that it all depends on what you wanna do

you're too vague. if you wanna get big and bulky then do some creatine and a testosterone like 17-HD.

Protein.
i use optimums 100% whey, i take about 6 shakes a day and eat like a pig but i'm kinda bulking now. take in like 20lbs over your weight in protein like if you weigh 180 take in about 200 grams a day along with some good carbs. Pro Complex is a good protein but a bit pricey for what you get. i get a 10lb bag of 100% whey for i think like 50$.

If your lookin for something like Pre-workout wise look at VPX NO-Shotgun, this shit is hands down the best creatine/nitric oxide blend out their IMO. your muscles feel like they are going to explode during your workouts its pretty sick.

For creatine i have found BSN Cellmass to work good, i saw some good size gains and strength gains off of that. other than that all i have used creatine wise is kre-akalyn and celltech which were both decent.

But first off start with your protein, you can get big off of protein and a good diet alone, creatine and anabolic support stuff just kind of speeds everything up.

X-Factor/Activate Stack works real well. I'm currently running jungle warfare (1st week) w/ Xfactor. It should be a good combination

Sorry, I am 5"6 or 5"7 and weigh about 155-160. I don't really want to gain to much weight if I don't need to. I want to get more tone and defined as oppose to getting big and bulky. I need some good workout routines and supplements to help speed up the process.

How much experience do you have workout wise? Would you consider yourself an intermediate or a beginner?

I'm having pretty good success with 5x5 programs. I can give you more detail if you want. You will build size and strenght.

If your nutrition is not on point you're going to be wasting money on supplements. Make sure you have a good diet first.

For now I'd stick with basics. Creatine, Multi, Fish Oil.

I'm probably in between beginner and intermediate. Send what you have in mind. The hardest part will be the diet, I just like eating junk food whenever I want. What's your suggestion on a diet?

http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...Linear_5x5.htm <-- great workout program for intermediates.

Diet is 70% of your gains. If you don't have a good diet then you're fighting an uphill battle.

ance is all you need. an occasional junk food is good unless you want to compete. Do not let your diet ruin your life but also let it guide you. Then again I dunt have a diet.
