Need info on "Factory 5 Motoring" in Schaumburg fast!!

Okay, long story short, 99 civic si, bad storm last monday, hydrolocked, motor blew up, insurance check, time for a swap.

I've talked with a couple places now and I've really liked what I heard from Factory 5 Motoring in Schuamburg (other places were One 6 and they seem expensive, and the other was Top Setup...too pricey i think)...

Anyhow, my insurance check is going to be $4400 and for about that, I've been quoted a JDM B18C GSR installed and a whole list of extras. I just want to know what you guys thought about them before I have my car towed there and I commit to them doing the work.

Let me know quick cause I have to have it towed somewhere today and I'd rather it be a shop than my house!

The guys at Factory 5 Motoring are great guys. Mikey and Pat are very knowledgeable, and their work is top notch. Factory 5 is one of three Chicagoland shops i will ever send business to. The other two being Whip Factory and AMS.

Say what's up to Mikey and Tell them Ricky sent ya

haha, i am actually not an employee of Whip Factory. I used to do marketing, web design, and handle the online aspect of the shop, but now i am just a loyal customer. Whip Factory is a great shop, and they will help you get the absolute most power out of your setup, but i wasn't here to send you to another shop, i am simply answering your question in hopes it will help.

Good Luck i've also forwarded this thread to Mikey @ Factory 5, perhaps they will chime in.

why don't you try saving yourself some cash and doing it yourself, but then again a gsr swap in an ek is a little advanced, but to answer your question i hear nothing but good things about factory 5.

I hear only good about the shop too and this time make sure you put a by-pass vlave in your intake.
