I didn't know anyone but the friendly people at the meet really made it comfortable for me to be myself... and the thing with CV is that the site consists mostly of "friends" or innercircle... so an outsider like me would be intimitated at first but really have to overcome that shy attribute to add and help "grow" cv altogther... | That means a lot coming from you, dude. Considering you've only been to one meet. Eric's right. We should do another one. This Thursday is supposed to be sunny out.

| I'd say that in order for us to stop being so like finger pointing and such is by having a big meet, no car show or anything like that, like people who are related to each other by a cv.com site and then get to know the other person. If you happent to not like the other person, just know them and get the weight off your back by saying, "sup, later"
Anyway, sushi sushi sushi. sake sake sake |

On cruises, you "cruise." It's not a race. I don't think cruising at the regular 70-85 mph was much to complain about... it was those that were weaving in and out of traffic and making a couple close calls that freaked some of us out. It was only a request with nothing but good intentions behind it. Basically, just everyone looking out for one another.
I'm down for another cruise (weather permitting), too. |

| never said it was racing, and technically a cruise is on a surface street really only going about i don't know 15 miles an hours. So we are all mistaken. And because im sick and pissy, non of us technically race shit. Autocross is just driving like an idiot in a parking lot, Circuit club days are just going out and wasting money and driving like an idiot. Going to a drag strip is driving like an idiot. Hell humans were meant to walk. Screw this everyone is just bashing on each other. Nothing is ever going to get done.

I used to drive like that, but I'm too calm now. It's not fun for me when you guys do 100 the whole way there swerving in and out of traffic. That's just stupid. That's not cruising at all... it's being dangerous and ricey.

| I think there needs to be more creativity when planning meets. There has to be more out there then chicken strips and sushi.

| wow, this thread is pretty intense huh... still questioning whether or not i truly want to voice my opinion yet, because i feel/fear eric may be right in the this thread will end cv, well at least the current cv, because there is a lot of "bashing" for lack of a better word. And so far, im willing to take the blows that have come my way and take them without giving a response, but we'll see what happens.
