mark removal?

I took the wing off the other night, because when I wash my car, i notice when i rinse down the trunk , dirty muddy water would come out from under the wing on the back part of my trunk so I took it off to see what was up

Installed

Removed

Cleaned to my best ability

I tried to remove those marks around where the spoiler was before removal,

used clay-bar, tried goo-gone, tried degreaser (heavy duty), tried quik detailer, and nothing works. what gives? is that able to be gotten rid of ?

i re-waxed the surface so it was protected and put the wing back on since I had to go to work tonight and i had no other way to get there

get some wizards turbo cut. should come off with just a terrycloth towel and some elbow grease, but a buffer would be quicker.

Black o-rings around the bolts if you can see them, it's sealed.

i've pressurewashed under the wing before and no water got in so they work apparently.

i had the same issue with my galant when i took the stock wing off before replacing the trunk. i got some color matched vinyl from a sticker shop to put over the holes. keeps the water out of your trunk and a little foot of vinyl will only run ya a few bucks and they have every color imaginable and should be able to match the paint pretty closely.
