Any of you runners?

I started last november. I've built up from only being able to run 30 seconds at a time 2 min walking for 30 mins...and now i pretty much run 5 miles 4-5 times a week. Just seeing if any of you are into it. I did some 5k's last year and had alot of fun. I'm pretty much addicted. Any of you people looking for someone to run with once in a while lemme know.

i usually ride in shorts and a long jacket, im looking for pants to wear for the winter, but if its around 45+ ill ride with shorts. I ride with a good pace, not to fast and not to slow. not nearly as fast as those "pro bikers". On the paths I like to observe. On crushed limestone I try to go as fast as I can to get as far as I can before my tire blows and I have to repair it... I havent had any problems riding on limestone yet, other than having pieces stuck in my tire. I hear if you under inflate your tire you dont have as many problems though.
