I am laughing at the comment of the house on Hester where the party got shut down, those ones always get shut down the quickest!
Have you thought about rushing a fraternity yet? I was an Alpha Gamma Delta back in my time touring that campus. I never graduated from SIU, like I said before I kinda just paid tuition to party there

... it was from 95-97 back before Halloween got shut down with all the riots, etc.
College/University and ESPECIALLY Cherry/Beverage streets were typically fraternity occupied houses... no doubt if it didn't have Greek Symbols out front, then it was probably inhabited by fraternity brothers...
GOOOOOOOOOOOD TIMES...
Break out a city map and go exploring in other areas of Carbondale.... if you're not into the fraternity thing and are more... ummmmm hippy style... Washington St. is where it's at.....
Damn, thinking about SIU brings back crazy memories!
Again, welcome to CV... GO SALUKIS!!!!
