I just bought some Curel Ultra Healing, and it burnssssss! I think I may sleep with Eucerin creme + socks on my hands tonight, but I need an overall GOOD hand lotion.
Suggestions?? |

This one especially. A light rubbing on after a shower in the morning, and you're set for the day. http://perlierusa.com/product.php?pr...cat=116&page=1
It's also good for your banana

| You'd be better off buying a humidifier for your work. I bought one for my office, and I can breathe better, etc.
And for the lotion, I use St. Ives FresH2O. http://www.stives.com/skin-care-prod...oisturizer.cfm

| You may want to try Oil of Olay- quench, I heard it is pretty good.
I use Dove which is good, but you have to use a lot which is inconvienent.
When I first moved here to the desert I was constantly using lotion, I went through about a bottle a week just getting my skin used to the dry air, it sucked, so I know what you must be going threw. Good Luck. |

| I use Aveeno's Intense Relief Hand Cream.... I wash my hands all the time too, can't afford to be sick, and this stuff specifically says it "lasts through hand washing"... and it really does moisturize, not that fake oily stuff that CLAIMS to moisturize. |

| there's two that I know of that are really good, the first is something like corn huskers oil. I think that's the name of it, comes in a clear bottle with a yellow top, looks like snot, but it works and doesn't leave a greasy feeling. Another that is good but I haven't see it in a while is something called utterly smooth. It was actually developed for cows because they get so chapped from getting milked. |

| Sidenote: Someone metioned Oil of Olay Quench Lotion... and let me tell you IMO... ok, the stuff smells decent, which is a plus, but it has that gliterry stuff in it... and actually yeah it works for maybe about an hour but then you're reapplying it again, cuz it just DOES not work as it claims to atleast, again, IMO. |

That sucks, I'm glad I haven't spent the $9.00 that it costs. I had just heard that it is decent.
I hate lotion that has shimmer stuff in it. |

| I use the generic Target brand Quench, and it dosn't seem to have the glittery stuff in it like the brand name. And it works well too. But i Use that as an all over body lotion.
For dry hands, I use 2 things: Glysomed (it comes in a green tube) and I also use Burt's Bees almond milk beeswax hand cream at night. It smells funny but gets the job done!

I'll try some of the things you guys suggested..Burt's Bees or Aveeno maybe. As for Udderly Smooth, I've tried it and it was too "squeaky clean" slippery for me. I don't know how else to explain it.. |

| Sidenote: I just purchased two humidifiers for my apartment because the tank of the one I had purchased last year cracked... (my fault there as I accidentally dropped it carrying it back from refilling it)
Humidifiers ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Re: Jen's "clip-on" humidifier comment, heck, if that product doesn't come out within say the next 10 years I will be surprised myself. It COULD actually make money. *shrug* |
