Breathe right Nasal Strips....
Anyone use those Breathe right nasal strips? The ones that "Supposedly" widen your nasal passages when you sleep? I have a deviated septum, plus I always wake up congested. Anyone? Just curious if it's worth trying.

Fo sho. They do help alot. I wake up feeling better than before I started using them. Breathe right strips + snore spray + humidifier FTW!!!
