few questions for ya...
1st...why carbon fiber on a bike?...do u race it on the track or strip or just a street bike?...if its a street bike, then why c/f ? other then a look effect? for what u would spend on c/f you can upgrade sprockets/chain, brakes, and depending on the year of your bike, either rejet the carbs of re-adjust it with a power commander...

2nd...depends on what kinda bike and year it is...he has some stuff in stock, but mostly for busa's or 1000+ cc's bikes...as far as for doing any mechanical work, he will always get my bikes and be far cheaper then a dealer...

well i just want the carbon fiber because i haven't seen anybody around here that have done it. (meaning around Elgin) I won't be racing it on the track or street, and i'd be upgrading the chain, sprocket, ect as well. i want something different. something to do on my spare time (once i start payin off my credit cards as soon as winter is over). i'll either go magnesium rims or carbon fiber as well. i wanna reduce the weight big time but just mainly to do it. and maybe one day take it to the track to check it out and see what it runs

Do they do work on sport bikes only or do they work on cruisers as well?

thats cool...i do suggest taking it to the track to get a few runs in her so you have a base line to see what she does BEFORE and after the mods...just remember...if you go up too high in the sprockets #'s, then you will loose top speed...also, dont forget that you will also have an INACURATE speedo so make sure that the dealer knows this when you order the parts you want so they can set you up with a correct reader for your bikes speedo...

yea...i know about the sprockets and loosing top speed with the bigger sprockets. i done a little research. lol. i honestly don't know if i will end up having some time to take it to the track. other than winter, i tend to work 80+ hours of work per week; 6 days a week. But I want to at least do some dyno runs before and after i do motor work to the bike, but that will end up being after i lighten it. I just might have somebody take it to the track for me and run it a couple times and see what the numbers are since i most likely won't have the time.

well mark can dyno it with no probs...i think a power commander is available for your bike, so i would 1st invest in that...my buddy did it and he said the bike became a whole new beast for him (but he does have a 1000rr) and then he changed out the sprockets...definatly go in that direction 1st before changing gears...
