| I said this about cluttered from day one....but noooo....personally for the most part "aside from today" have stopped browsing the site due to it being a pain in the ass to navigate. And no its not that I have to get used to it, go check clubrsx.com boards they dwarf this place. Its just the sheer amount of excess crap and redundent shit that make it a pain to surf. And to be honest to me it doesn't seem like this has generated a whole bunch of new user interaction that was the ideal goal.

Ah - so now you expect immediate results... And clubrsx.com appears much more cluttered then here, but uses the same style of navigation. Well, Im not sure what to tell you honestly.
The only real change I have made that could affect your 'navigation' is that I moved the lounge to the bottom of the list. Past that, I really dont see how the forum navigation is significantly different then before. There are a few extra forums, but I took a few out as well so it should be nearly a wash. I took out things like the car gallery forum, and put up a whole photo gallery where you can store up to 200 of your own photos. I removed the 'For Sale' section and moved it into a classified ads system that should prove to be much better after awhile.
I dunno. I dont see where the big 'navigation' problem is, I really dont. | |

| Incidentially, we appear to be doing ok as far as people posting. Some might even call it an improvement. This month has about a 35% - 40% increase in posting over last Feb. This month and January are the highest posting months in over a year. | |

| yea well goes to show why what I thought was going to happen at least personally when this was going to happen. I had hopes for this site go grow based on the promises, but for the most part some of the deepest fears have been realized. Fun community based sight taken over by some guy for his own gains, monetary, personal, ego etc. Granted I haven't been around much lately but when I posted a cluttered topic around when the site layout got changed I got dismissed like I knew nothing. I don't frequent a site that I felt much akin to being a second family to get treated like a piece of shit by some outsider. GL to all, ill see the people I know and love around people that ive met from when I started posting. | |
