does anyone know of an exhaust shop that will do a custom axel-back exhaust? I just need to get 2 pieces of piping bent and welded to the mufflers and flanges. I went to iggy's and they quoted me $175 to get it done. please help me out here guys i want to get this done asap! thanks!
Velasquez & Sons 3035 N. manheim Rd in Franklin Park 847-671-6233 It's across the street from autozone and almost next to an advance auto. Here's some things i've had done there in the last year or so and they are definately cheaper than anywhere i've found.
I had an over the axle pipe bent and all installed along with a muffler i brought in for $50 on my mx-3. Also, on the same car after i sold it too my buddy, he had a new cat and mid pipe all the way back to where the over the axle pipe was for $90 including the cat. Took my integra up there to have them do a convertor and was $100 for the convertor along taking the muffler off and repositioning it. And lastly i was just up there a few days ago to have an over the axle pipe made for my bro-in-laws caprice and it was $75 but partly due to how i had them run the pipe since the car is equipped with hydraulics. Oh and for all the trips i've made there, i think the longest i was there was about an hour.
Are you talking about the iggy's on montrose and harlem? My friend had his 3" cat back exhaust made there for $150, he paid $50 for the muffler on ebay, so it was $200 altogether.

yeah iggys quoted me $175 and im supplying the mufflers, flanges, and hangers. all i needed was an axel back so i dont know why it was so much.
Iggy's hands down is the best muffler place you could go.
