Video Editing

I have a bunch of vids. i want to put together but i dont have anything fancy so im wondering where i can do this. Ive tried it on photobucket but ofcourse they're limited on what they can provide..like i cant put my own music to go with the video and their music sucks!

Ive also tried windows media player but i have no idea how to do it on there.

So if someone can lead me to something simple but good that would be great. Thanks!

i believe most recent video camcorders have software included with them on cd-rom. I can obtain these very easily. I'll hook you up with one, but waukegan-elk grove isn't exactly the shortest drive.
