Some people should just be kicked out of the league for their rediculous behavior. Including the dipshits from detroit. I just dont see how people can IDOLIZE criminals and spoiled brats. |

| I never said anything about his image or social responsibilities. I was simply responding to your comment on his skill playing basketball, because he has clearly been the most dominant player over the past half-decade. |

the past half decade has been since his run in with the wrong woman, any man will better himself at anything he does to shake that image. I think the guy plays like shit especially when his ego inflates and he tries to run the ball himself. He is a shitty player. |

i know last year he did try to be more of a team player but it did nothing..... nothing means he didnt get anywhere but the first round......
yes he did score 70- or 80 something but i could careless.....
they played the Raptors..... and we all know Raptors blow on defense.....
Kobe is just like Terrel Owens......... All bitchin and no team.....

| I'm no Kobe advocate, but he and Terrel Owens are two completely different people. How often do you see Kobe on TV bitching or starting more shit? How well did Terrel do last season with the Cowboys? (Most drops among ALL recievers in the NFL maybe?)
Look at who else is on the Lakers to help Kobe. It's the same shit Lebron James has to deal with except worse. Lebron at least has a few starters who did fairly well all season and stayed consistent. Kobe didn't have shit to back him up. It's hard to be a team player when no one else on the team can do anything. For instance, the Cav's 0-4 shutout from the Spurs. What happened? The TEAM sucked ass and Lebron couldn't do shit.
Kobe at least plays consistently and I'd put money on him in a 1v1 game against any other player in the NBA currently.
I think people have been too caught up with the Kobe from the Shaq era and haven't taken the time to notice that he's actually become a well rounded player that still dominates the game of basketball. |

| Just because I feel that some ignorance should be cleared up here.
Notice that Kobe did NOT take the most shots of all players on the team last year, and had more total assists than anyone else on the team. How is that possible if he's such a ball-hog? |

| Minnesota was interested in Noah for the longest time. I say we package Noah, Thomas, and Nocioni for KG.
It'd be very weird to see Noce in a different uniform, but with KG, we have a chance.
This alone? No.

| This thread makes me laugh. If yall don't like Kobe...then what do you think of MJ in the mid-late 80's? You don't think MJ was a ball hog when the Bulls sucked, scoring 40-50 a night? Of course not...he was just carrying the team right? What do you think kobe is doing?
Kobe in chicago would fill the biggest thing lacking in the team...A GO TO SCORER. Tell me how many game winning shots Ben Gordon made? luol Deng? kirk hinrich?
I don't remember any.
Kobe might be arrogant, but who cares. He can bring a championship. I bet you any money if he were to ever make it to chicago and they started dominating the East...the bandwagon would start forming.

How is that possible if he's such a ball-hog? | What are you looking at to get your info? Surely not this stat sheet you posted. That clearly shows that Kobe took almost 1000 MORE shots than anyone else on the team, played 700 more minutes than the person with the 2nd most minutes and did it in less games ! KOBE IS A HOG ! |
