| Bulls Trade Rumors It seems like the bulls will undertake some major trades in the future. Rumor has it the Lakers and possibly the Wizards are looking into trading with the bulls. The outcome:
Kobe Bryant --> Bulls
Gilbert Arenas --> Lakers
Ben Gordon, Tyrus Thomas, Luol Deng --> Wizards
Or
Direct trade involving same players between Lakers and Bulls.
Let's see what happens to our chicago bulls.

| Kobe will not be a BULL. He is full of BULLSHIT but that dude will not wear a chicago jersey. Read the chicagotribune.com sports section.
Pursuing Bryant would devastate Bulls' makeup

What's wrong with this picture? Everyone is coming up with speculative deals regarding Kobe Bryant and the Bulls—the Bulls and Lakers have not talked about any trade of Bryant—and I'm the one shooting them down. I will say this role is not nearly as much fun.
Still, if I were the Bulls, this is what I would do: Wait. Build. And then act, actually after the 2008-09 season, when Bryant becomes a free agent.
The Cavs were in the Finals. The Bulls as presently constituted, with the additions of another high draft pick and a decent free agent with the midlevel exception of about a $5 million starting salary, can compete with anyone in the East. |

| +1 for no Kobe.
The Bulls franchise has been working hard to get the right components to get where they are. Adding Kobe, and removing two or more Bulls is going to totally fuck up that chemistry. They will have to start all over again.
And, Scott Skiles would lose all of his remaining hair trying to "coach" Kobe.

| The only thing that I really like about the possible trade is that Kobe is a for sure key player. Ben Gordon has yet to prove that he can be a consistent go-to guy... something the bulls have been struggling to find for years.
I really don't want to see Tyrus Thomas go though, either. |

| Hate to be on your guys bad side, but I think this will be a great trade for Chicago. I think Kobe has proven in the beginning of this past season and the end of last season that he is a team player. All it is, is who is going to step up? On the Lakers, Lamar Odom didn't want to, Smush Parker, didn't, Kwame Brown looked better this year, but wasn't good enough. If you look at this trade with the Bulls losing Gordon, Tyrus, and Deng. Sure it may be losing some potential talent in Tyrus and rising star Deng, but we'll get Kobe Bryant which I think could easy fill in those positions. But look at it this way. We have a great bench if the trade were to go down, here would be my projected starting 5
Center - Ben Wallace
Power Forward - P.J. Brown(if does't retire)/Michael Sweetney(if he does retire)
Small Forward - Andres Nocioni(people may have forgotten how good this guy really is)
Shooting Guard - Kobe Bryant
Point Guard - Kirk Hinrich(hey, we still have Kirk)
I know you guys may think I'm stupid or something, but I'm saying we may start shaking in the beginning of the season if this trade were to go down. We also have the 9th draft pick, let's not forget about that. |

There's no way the Lakers would have done shit without him the past couple seasons. Garnett and, moreso, Wade have both had teams to play around.
Overall, I think the trade would be a good thing. However, we'd also be losing the 9th pick, too. |

| Kobe will be a waste in chicago just like he is on every other court. He is trying to fill shoes that he just never had the talent to do. But yeah, I guess you dont need talent when you are a rapist. |

| Paxson said no. He basically said he can't afford Kobe.
Now, there's a 4 team trade involving Al Jefferson, Lamar Odom, Jermaine Oneal, Kobe, KG, and a pick from the Celtics that'll land KG in LA. WOnder if Kobe would stay in LA if KG was there.
