| Steady Cardio always worked the best for me. So, something along the line of long slow run or walk, bike riding, swimming, circuit training. Things of those nature. This is combined with a good diet.

| For Me, I found I lost the most weight by walking every where I went and I stopped eating lots of fast foods, sodas ETC and started intaking lots of water.

| i lost 15 lbs mostly by diet, threw some jogging in near the end. then i started working out and rarely run now, don't watch what i eat as much but i am still fairly disciplined. some easy stuff:
no sour cream, no cheese
check online to see what fast food you can eat, i do stuff purely by calories; i am ok going to boston market, chipotle, taco bell, roly poly, few others...
drink water instead of pop... lot better for you and cheaper (free usually) too
i think i use ~2300 calories a day... i used to eat 2500-3000. now i eat 1700-2400. |
