| No, I'm done with school I work full time. If I map quest dirrections from me to Miller park and form me to Joliet the distance is almost the same, couple miles difference but there never traffic going up to Miller park.
Who's events do you go to? I've been to a bunch of SCCA events from 3 different regions, and went 1 time with the windy city miata club, I really didn't liek the miata club. Parking lot is to small, speeds are to slow, and its on seal coated blacktop. Just kinda takes the fun out of it when you can't really push it.

| i've enjoyed other courses more than miata's, but miata's clc location is practically across the street from me. they (and everybody else) also use maywood park in melrose park - bmw, audi, vw all frequently have autocrosses there. sometimes salt creek, polish club, i think porsche too. |

| Were you at the test and tune this year for the Miata club?
I could swear I recognize you from somewhere in your picture.

| Also I looked into the VW autocrosses before, looking at there site (I think it was CVO) it said you have to be a member or a guest of a member so that kinda ruled me out of that, same thing with the Porsche one and either way I don't exactly drive the most welcomed car around LOL so just showing up and hoping isn't worth the time.

| yah i was at the test and tune. porsche i've never tried to go to, bmw requires you to be a member (because they have so many people come) - anyone else you can just show up to. cheaper if you're a member but you can walk on to audi or vw. |
