    $150 camera

As per the title, I'm looking to pick up a decent camera for no more than $150. Nothing fancy, but nothing that I'll want to chuck at a wall.

    Current ideas:
    - Kodak Easyshare CX7430
    - Nikon Coolpix 5200
    - Canon Powershot A570 IS
    - Canon Powershot A560

Any thoughts/comments/suggestions are welcome. And this is not for me (I'd be looking at one in the $300-400 range) and I do need to get it by Christmas.

Problem with that is all the good deals are the 'doorbuster' deals. I'll be staying overnight at the Crystal Lake Best Buy again this year because of other deals. I've also found www.black-friday.net to be more reliable.

I'm really leaning towards the Cannon A570 IS. The image quality is there and the added feature of Image Stabilization is pretty much a sealed deal.

Yup definitely the A570IS, you won't be disappointed. IS is a great big plus. Just watch out for some of the companies that advertise IS but it's really digital IS which is garbage. Optical IS is the one you want like on that Canon.

I just picked up the Kodak Easyshare V803. I love it. It takes great pictures for a little point and shoot. it has a bunch of options so you can actually do a little more with it to

Does anyone know what's the cheapest store? Is Best buy good?
