| Son sought after parents are fatally shot in Villa Park

Shortly after his parents were shot to death, a 33-year-old Villa Park man called police early Monday to alert them to the crime, authorities said.
But police said Artur Shehu, who has been named a suspect in the killings, was gone when they got to the home he shared with his parents in the 0-99 block of West Ridge Road.
Police found the bodies of Syrja Shehu, 66, and his wife, Safo, 67, about 3:30 a.m., touching off a near-shutdown of the neighborhood as armed officers combed the streets in search of Artur Shehu.
