I happened upon this site and thought maybe some of you might be able to help me on a magazine story I'm working on. I'm looking to talk to some people who have had challenges dealing with all the automation-- online quotes, policies being sold online, etc-- in the auto insurance realm. Specifically, I'm curious if with your specialty or high-end cars if any of you have had trouble buying insurance online, or bought a policy and only realized later it wasn't as comprehensive-- or as exhaustive-- as you might have hoped or needed for your vehicle.
