Hmm. It's heavy exercise. I am not even sure if I could manage those moves after 2 years of 3 times a week gym. But good idea, perhaps I should advise my girlfriend to learn those moves :P. That's bad isn't it? Can you tell your girlfriend to learn pole dance?!?
