Credit Card Balance

Who here carries one?

Personally, I pay off my CC bill in full every month. My friend has $15K balance on his and I don't think I could ever let myself be that much in debt

I have 3 total, I carry 2 on me. I was told it was bad to pay off your card every month. I could be wrong, I have a balance of like 3k between 2 cards..

I have 2 credit cards, each have a $300 Credit limit. So I cant get into that much debt if I tried. I gave one for my grandma to hold to incase I need it for emergencies. And the other one is maxed for the time. My boyfriend just charged a new tranny on it.

Although I owe $3000 on one car and $6000 on another car. other than lol I'm ok

I currently owe about $1000 to one of my cards, and the rest are free and clear. I'll have that card paid off by march I try to keep my balances down, but unemployment screwed me outta trying to do that.

So, once I get that $1g paid off, I'll have about $40k worth of no balance credit cards .

I wish I had a CC, there are so many things that I have that I want to sell on E-Bay... but I can't because I don't have a CC .

I'm sure you can... but that would require going to some site, then clicking on some links, and then filling something out, and then blah blah blah...

edit: Maybe... MAYBE, if some kind soul on CV were to submit a link to a credit card application page... I MIGHT fill it out.

So what is the difference from that site to what you had to do to sign up for CV.com?

I don't have one either.....but I just don't like hearing how all these people are in debt, so that scares me.

I'd really just want it for shopping online.

You can call and ask if they will increase your limit. It takes time to establish credit, and some cc companies are just pricks anyway.

I was told that before too, but it's BS. I pay off my Express card every time I make a purchase on it (well before I did, not jus monthly). But anyways, w/ in less than a year it went platinum and my ratings went up because of it. Now my visa, I never pay that off in full, and its still the same limit.

Once you get old enough, they'll be bombarding your mailbox with "pre-approved" credit card apps.
